1.    Ang Thong National Marine Park

This park is located in the Gulf of Thailand in a group of 42 islands encircled about by towering mountains with limestone, big jungle, mangroves, waterfalls with coves and beaches to visit. Also in Ang Thong National Marine Park are different animals and sea creatures within 100sqkm of land and sea.

Big Buddha is a well-known place for Samui with its tall golden Buddha that can be seen from about 1 kilometer away. It is situated on the north side of Koh Samui and surrounded by the Buddha temples with different kind of shrine and mini Buddha. The most picturesque with large purple rocks at the waterfall, with tree roots when combined forms stairwells that lead to the base of the first waterfall. 9.    Mummy Monk at Wat Khunaram

Apart from the mummy which we see in movies, you almost never get a chance to see something like this except you come to Khunaram. Here you see a mummified monk placed in a glass specially designed for him for generations to come and it keeps on there since he died about 20 years ago, it only shows a little sign of deterioration.
