Guests Rave on Trustpilot About Our Fall Foliage Private Tours
We could tell you how smooth, scenic, and special our private tours are—but it's better you hear it from real travelers who’ve done it. Here are what our guests shared their 5-star reviews on Trustpilot after they finished their memorable autumn trips in Japan:

#Reviews 1: "Fantastic experience with Amber from UME travel in Japan"
-★★★★★Karen Z, Mexico (Travel Date: November 09, 2024)
"We just git back this week from a wonderful 2 week Japan vacation organized by Amber from UME travel. From the Bego it when we started planning the trip Amber was a delirar to work with: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The trip she planned was exactly what we wanted which was an off the beaten path, fall
Leaf viewing, culturally immersive trip! Amber was not only super helpful during the planning process but she was also wonderfully attentive durning our trip making sure everything ran smoothly and taking care of all details. Our drivers and guides in Japan were knowledgeable , kind and attentive and Amber took care to check on us constantly making sure everything was going smoothly. We were especially pleasantly surprised by a couple of off the beaten path destinations that Amber recommended like the volcanic park in which we had a magical time having the bright fall
Colors almost all to ourselves. We are looking forward to booking our next trips to Asia with UME travel and Amber and can’t wait to be back to Japan."
#Reviews 2: "Amazing Japan Trip"
-★★★★★Mary Black, US (Travel Date: October 25, 2024)
"We had the most amazing time in Japan and we owe it to Eva Wang from UME Travel. There were six of us in our group including my two young grandchildren. I informed Eva of our travel dates and the number of days we would be staying in Osaka and Tokyo. I mentioned all of the places we would like to go to and Eva planned our itinerary for us. She arranged all of our pick ups and drop off with our private drivers and guides, purchased all of our tickets for the bullet train, amusement parks and more, which made it less stressful for me. We visited many places in the 10 days that we were there. My only regret was not being able to stay longer because my grandchildren were only off for one week of school and needed to get back. My next trip would most likely be the end of November so I can see the fall foliage in Kyoto. I would also like to visit other locations that I haven't been to."
