One of the world’s foodie hotspots, Singapore is known for a diverse culinary scene that ranges from street-food stalls to high-end gourmet eateries. Its cuisine takes in influences from Malay, Chinese, Indian, and British cultures, creating vibrant food heaven.

Upon arrival at your cooking class with your fellow chefs-in-training, put on an apron, and get to work with your experienced instructors. During the step-by-step lesson, learn how to prep and cook three dishes, such as chicken satay or laksa (noodle soup), while your mouth waters from the enticing aroma of spices and seasonings. When you’re finished cooking, sit down in the dining area to enjoy your creations with your class members in a relaxed, informal atmosphere that will be the cultural highlight of your stay in Singapore.

The dining experience starts at 7 pm. The entire Sky Dining experience lasts about 2 hours. Sky Dining operations end at 9.00 p.m, diners who arrive after 7:00 p.m. will have their dinner duration shorten for 2 rounds instead of 3 rounds.

Your private cable car will make three loops between Mt. Faber and Sentosa stations. As you ride hundreds of feet in the air, enjoy a luxurious 4-course dinner with wine and dessert. A welcome drink and choice of entree add extra appeal.

Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and skip-the-line admission to your car. Once inside, take three loops between Mt. Faber and Sentosa Island stations, hovering 330 feet (100 meters) above sea level. You’ll see Singapore’s skyline at night while dining on a 4-course meal with wine, an appetizer, soup, main dish, and dessert. The views change with the light of the late afternoon, to dusk, and finally night. You can select your main course while booking your tour. Singapore is definitely my favorite city! I was amazed t the cleanliness and the beautiful architecture. The Chef of the cooking class was really entertaining and funny! We really had a great and fun time preparing ingredients and eating! The night tour was fantastic, and the beautiful light show and The Marina Bay Sands Hotel are not to be missed. It was a great and very worthwhile tour!

Jeff

David was a wonderful guide. He was both informative and attuned to our needs. He planned the tour to accommodate my wife's wheelchair and mobility issues...always looking for the curb cut and the easiest way around an attraction. He also gave us tips and suggestions for the entire time we were in Singapore. He’s great.

Sundar

The best way to see a place in a very short time is to be shown around by a local with in depth knowledge. David not only fulfilled this but went beyond by having and itinerary worked out and wasted no time. If it was not for him we would have never seen so much of Singapore and left completely enriched and really enjoyed Singapore. Thank you David for your punctual, honest , tireless efforts.

Wil
