You'll begin the day by visiting Meiji Jingu Shrine, Tokyo's largest and most influential spiritual site. Day 7 - Kyoto's Cultural Feast | Higashi Honganji Temple, Sanjusangendo, Nishiki Market, Kyoto Tea Ceremony(Private Guide)

Unlike many sightseeing locations, Higashi Honganji Temple is still an influential place in modern religious practices, situated just east of another spot of interest, Nishi Honganji Temple. They functioned as a single temple complex, in fact, until shogun Tokugawa Ieyasu split them into east (higashi) and west (nishi) because he was afraid that as a single entity, their political power would grow too great.

Sanjusangendo is the popular name for Rengeo-in, a temple in eastern Kyoto which is famous for its 1001 statues of Kannon, the goddess of mercy.  wooden statue of a 1000-armed Kannon (Senju Kannon) that is flanked on each side by 500 statues of human sized 1000-armed Kannon standing in ten rows.  Together they make for an awesome sight.

Nishiki Market is a narrow, five block long shopping street lined by more than one hundred shops and restaurants. Known as "Kyoto's Kitchen", this lively retail market specializes in all things food related, like fresh seafood, produce, knives and cookware, and is a great place to find seasonal foods and Kyoto specialties, such as Japanese sweets, pickles, dried seafood and sushi.

Day 8 - Nara to Osaka Journey | Fushimi Inari Shrine, Nara Park, Todaiji, Watch making mochi (Private Guide)

Fushimi Inari Shrine/Red Torii Gates is an important Shinto shrine in southern Kyoto.  It is famous for its thousands of vermilion torii gates, which straddle a network of trails behind its main buildings.  The trails lead into the wooded forest of the sacred Mount Inari, which stands at 233 meters and belongs to the shrine grounds. Nara Park it is also home to hundreds of freely roaming deer.  Considered the messengers of the gods, Nara's over 1000 deer have become a symbol of the city and have even been designated as a natural treasure.   Deer crackers are for sale around the park, and some deer have learned to bow to visitors to ask to be fed. Nara's deer are surprisingly tame, although they can be aggressive if they think you will feed them, so make sure not to tease them with food.Todaiji is one of Japan's most famous and historically significant temples and a landmark of Nara. The temple was constructed in 752 as the head temple of all provincial Buddhist temples of Japan and grew so powerful that the capital was moved away from Nara in 784 in order to lower the temple's influence on government affairs.Until recently, Todaiji's main hall, the Daibutsuden (Big Buddha Hall).Watch making mochi The shop do not set a time for mochi-tsuki because we do mochi-tsuki at any time while watching the sales.  Please note that this is to provide "fresh, warm and soft rice cakes" to as many customers as possible.(Note: The opportunity to watch making mochi, it is not always available)

Day 9 - Osaka's Unique Flavors | Shinsekai Streets, Shitennoji Temple, Osaka Castle, Tombori River Cruise

Paris was chosen as the model for Shinsekai's northern half, while the southern portion was built to imitate Coney Island in New York.Tsutenkaku Tower was constructed in 1912 after Paris' Eiffel Tower.   Although it was scrapped during WWII, the tower was reconstructed soon afterwards in 1956.   The current tower is 103 meters high, with the main observatory at a height of 91 meters.   In addition, the tower offers an open-air deck on top of the main observatory and a 60 meter long slide at the base of the tower.Shitennoji is one of Japan's oldest temples and the first ever to be built by the state. It was founded in 593 by Prince Shotoku, who supported the introduction of Buddhism into Japan. Although the temple's buildings burned down several times throughout the centuries, they were always carefully reconstructed to reflect the original 6th century design.The construction of Osaka Castle started in 1583 on the former site of the Ishiyama Honganji Temple, which had been destroyed by Oda Nobunaga thirteen years earlier. Toyotomi Hideyoshi intended the castle to become the center of a new, unified Japan under Toyotomi rule. Day 13 - Beijing Adventure | Mutianyu Great Wall, Temple of Heaven, Tai Chi Session

Today, you'll journey to the Mutianyu section of the Great Wall. You'll ascend to the wall via cable car, where you can get a stunning aerial view of the wall and its surroundings. Once you're atop the wall, you'll be able to stroll along its storied pathways, watchtowers, and taking in the vast, panoramic views of the area's rolling hills and valleys.

In the afternoon, you’ll head over to the courtyards of the Temple of Heaven Park. Your tour guide will share the temple’s history and stories, showing you what emperor worship was like. You'll visit major sites within the park, including the Hall of Prayer for Good Harvest, the Echo Wall, the Nine-Dragon Cypress, and the Circular Mound Altar, among others.

Day 17 - Guilin and Yangshuo's Natural Wonders

Today, you’ll embark on a Li River cruise from Guilin to Yangshuo, the highlight of any visit to northeastern Guangxi Province. Marvel at the stunning Karst peaks that surprise at every bend of the clear river beneath the blue sky. Observe water buffalo in the fields, peasants harvesting rice paddies, and schoolchildren and fishermen drifting by on bamboo rafts. With its breathtaking scenery, this river journey offers a glimpse into a life far removed from the urban hustle.

In the morning, you’ll travel to the Zhujiang Pier to board your boat for the approximately 5-hour cruise, where you’ll be treated to the spectacular views along the Li River.

You’ll end the day exploring Yangshuo and strolling down the famous West Street.
