Day 10 - Prambanan Sunset Visit - Hindu Temple Majesty in Golden Light

Be collected from your hotel or accommodation in Yogyakarta and head to Prambanan Temple. You will have the opportunity to explore the largest Hindu temple complex in the country and learn about its history and folklore. The Prambanan Temple Complex was build in the 9th century and is located in Central Java around 17 kilometers from Yogyakarta. It was dedicated to the Trimurti, the expression of God as the Creator (Brahma), the Preserver (Vishnu) and the Destroyer (Shiva) and is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Pedal through the picturesque countryside on a Javanese bike. Explore the peaceful Yogyakarta countryside and take part in the daily activities of the locals such as making tempeh (a traditional soy product from Indonesia), ketupat (a type of dumpling made from rice packed inside a diamond-shaped container of woven palm leaf pouch), witness how locals harvest, sow and plow the rice plants. Day 12 - Gili Air Snorkelling Expedition - Underwater Sculptures and Coral Gardens

Gili Air is the one with the largest local population and it brings you the closest to the daily motions of island life. Gili Air has the best beaches of all the Gili Islands. The stretch of sand is wider and even whiter than on the other islands.

On the eastern side of Gili Air, you can access the reef and snorkel straight off the beach. The east coast, facing the green rugged coast of Lombok, is also where you can find the majority of restaurants and places to stay.
