When planning our first trip to Vietnam in February 2018, we initially went to a large Australian travel agency to request an itinerary for a private tour. Each time we requested a change to the itinerary to make it customised to what we wanted (hotels, day tours etc), we were faced with delays and demands for “change fees”. It all became too difficult and we almost gave up on the idea of visiting altogether. We then found UME Travel and everything was arranged for us by Mr Alex. He was very responsive to emails including providing itinerary changes and answers to our questions. He provided such an exceptional level of customer service that we recently asked her to arrange another trip for us to Thailand and Cambodia, this time the whole jorney is about 3 weeks! Too completed and we spent 2 months to come out the final plan. We were lucky to meet Alex in person. His level of care and service makes him credit to the UME Travel company.
