For the private tours that I did, UME Travel provided me with either a luxury car or resort, but the stars of the service were great. Specially mentioned their guides. All were government-certified tour guides and they were truly outstanding. Their knowledge of the history, architecture, culture, food, ways to avoid the crowds and lines and unique places to see were all wonderful. I recommend taking Alex's advice on locations to visit. Tell him what you like and he will plan the itinerary for you. He is more knowledgeable and will give useful suggestions than random vacationers searchedon the Internet.
Hi Diana, Thank you very much. Everything went extremely well. You did an amazing job, and I am very grateful. Ms M in Bangkok was very enthusiastic and did a great job. The only hiccup was she was on another floor of the airport. Another guide phoned her and she was there within a few minutes. Only reason I mention is to improve someone else's experience. Mr Kermrint in Siem Reap was outstanding!! His English was very good and he and the driver Vereak were extremely friendly and helpful! Mr Nuwa in Chiang Rai was courteous and professional. Ms Ping was also very friendly and professional. The only hiccup was with the release of a lantern - circumstances were out of anyones control to change that this was not possible. I still did River release and nite parade. Her directions for evening activities were helpful and greatly appreciated. She worked very hard and was enthusiastic to please! Ms Jik was courteous and professional as well. I found the map details she provided en route to the hotel very the helpful. The Blue Tao Elephant tour was amazing! The other elephant tour was nice as well but Blue Tao was truly amazing- very glad incorporated both. The Hua Hin / Natl Park. monkey island excursion (I'm slightly off on the location). That was truly a hi-lite with the monkeys swimming up to the boat!!!!!! Too fun! The guide was good and the driver Santay went above and beyond! Everyone displayed a passion for their job and dedication to providing a great experience. Everyone was courteous and timely. The hotel locations were nice. The Meir Jarr was fantastic. The staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly! On a personal note when I reached Cambodia Mr Kermrint shared that you were verifying and concerned for my arriaval. I really appreciated knowing this and that you were aware of were I was. Kudos to you! I knew I wouldn't need a cell phone! Everything was Smooth as silk. I did receive the refund, and I appreciated your quick response. I will highly recommend your company!
