Day 1 - Welcome to Cambodia!
សួស្ដី Sua s'dei. Welcome to Phnom Penh, Cambodia. You'll be met on arrival at Phnom Penh airport and transferred to your hotel. Enjoy your free time in the afternoon.
Day 2 - Angkor Bike Tour
Today you will start your bike tour (45 minutes for cycling) around the world heritage areas on the roads less traveled. Ride through the jungle passing the local village and local shop. It’s a very special and acting day as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourists.
You will first visit The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century), and see the South Gate, Bayon Temple- unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara. Continue to visit Baphuon temple, Phimeanakas, The Elephant Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King.
In the afternoon, visit the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology, visit Bakheng Temple and enjoy a romantic sunset view from Bakheng Hill.
Day 3 - Banteay Srei & Ta Prohm Temples
If you want, you can take the early morning trip witness sunrise over Angkor Wat temple and listening singing birds over the ancient land of Angkor area, you also have the chance for a friendly talk with the monks and nuns at a nearby pagoda. After the sunrise tour, breakfast either at the hotel or takeaway is available.
Start the day by visiting Banteay Srei Temples, nearly everyone's favorite site. The special charm of this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation, and the excellence of it decorative carving. Continue to visit Banteay Samre, Its rose-colored sandstone walls are decorated with carvings and bas-reliefs, which are among the most accomplished Angkor has to offer. Have lunch at a local restaurant for exotic cuisine. Ta Prohm temple and Banteay Kdei are your next stops before some leisure time in the late afternoon.
Day 4 - Tonle Sap Boat Trip & Battambang
Morning visit a Khmer village and enjoy view of the rice field and lots of palm trees with great fresh air. Then board on boat in Tonle Sap Lake, the biggest fresh-water lake in Southeast Asia. In the afternoon we drive to Battambang (about 3-4 hrs). Upon arrival, check in to the hotel and have some leisure time.
Day 5 - Battambang Bamboo Train
Today you will discover the city of Battambang, a charming big city where you can watch the elegant houses in the French colonial style along the river. You then visit the Provincial Museum and the pagoda before heading to the 11th-century temple of Wat Ek Phnom.
You will pass through traditional villages along the route where you can attend the manufacture of family rice cakes and contact people about their daily lives. Afternoon, we drive an hour's ride to the hill of Phnom Bannon (337 steps) and its temple, Prasat Bannon, 7th century, which stands atop a mountain that reaches by a long staircase. From there, you can also admire the beautiful scenic landscape of villages, plains, and pagodas. We drive to the Bamboo Railway Station. The Bamboo Train has been set up by the villagers to facilitate the transportation of goods and people. The train in itself is very basic – one platform on 4 wheels activated by a small motor. Sitting on the platform we travel the 8km to the next station through beautiful landscape and rice paddies. On arrival, you will visit a village and discover the daily life of the Cambodian countryside. You will also visit a workshop which is specialized in wooden sculpture.
Day 6 - Local Villages & Phnom Penh
Morning departure Phnom Penh the Capital city of Cambodia, Having had time to explore, continue to Kompong Chhnang, taking the time to stop at a pottery village before continuing further north to Pursat Province, famous for its marble stone carvings. Then stop at Kompong Loung to visit the village of goldsmiths along the Tonle Sap, the manufacturing souvenir center stopping, and stop at Phnom Oudong, the ancient Cambodian capital during the latter stages of the Khmer Empire and crowning site of many past kings. Consisting of a series of stupas atop a large hill, there are outstanding views across the surrounding plains below. Phnom Oudong was bombed and desecrated by the Americans and then the Khmer Rouge, but still possesses a beauty that no war has been able to steal from it. Upon Arrival in Phnom Penh, check into the hotel, and free time for you.
Day 7 - Tuk Tuk Foodie Tour & Phnom Penh Highlights
Discover hidden neighborhoods, sip on some local coffee, and eat all of our favorites on this morning market & breakfast tour by tuk-tuk. Our experience goes beyond the usual market and street food samples to shine a light on local life that can still be found hiding in Phnom Penh. We'll escort you to discover a lot of food and drinks at a selection of sit-down restaurants, street-food stalls, a local market, and a cafe.
You will be picked up by tuk-tuk and whisked away to our favorite local neighborhoods around Phnom Penh for an authentic experience. Start your morning at a favorite local hang-out that’s been serving the neighborhood breakfast for many years. Sip on a selection of local coffee served alongside a bowl of savory noodle soup. Stroll through a bustling open-air wet market, try what’s in-season, and walk away with a handmade souvenir…on us! Along the way, meet with locals who source freshly grown herbs to create their fresh curry paste. Then visit a local family-run shop that serves up a classic Khmer breakfast. We’ll grab a plastic chair and sit street-side for some freshly grilled pork & rice served with homemade pickles and a rich bowl of soup. Don’t forget the homemade dipping sauce! Finish with a signature coffee recipe that won this hip cafe of the National Barista Gold Medal in Cambodia!
This afternoon, you will visit the Royal Palace. Nearside the Royal Palace is Silver Pagoda (The Emerald Buddha temple), displaying plenty of Buddha Statues that were decorated and made of diamond, emerald, gold, and silver. Travelers will proceed to visit Independence Monument which was constructed in 1954 after Cambodians took their country back from the French colony, continuing visit to National Museum, We pass through the River Front park whose scenery is much worth shooting and continue to the only one hill in town with sacred sites called Wat Phnom.
Day 8 - Head to Koh Kong for your Adventure
In the morning, you will leave Phnom Penh for Koh Kong by road. The 5-hour drive brings in fresh air and rural oveliness all the way. Check in upon arrival. Relax for the rest of your day.

Day 9 - Ta Tai Waterfall & Wildlife
Known to outsiders as the ‘Wild West’ frontier town, Koh Kong has a reputation well earned for the various attractions it holds. Today, you will take a boat trip passing Ta Tai Village all the way to the beautiful Ta Tai Waterfall. Legend has it that once a boy was saved by a hermit, and the son's father named the waterfall after the hermit in honor and appreciation. Have lunch in a nearby restaurant.
In the afternoon, you will trek in the woods seeking rarely-seen wildlife, making it an adventure-full day for your Cambodia tours! We will be back at your hotel before sunset.
Day 10 - Trekking & Kayaking
Today we will go kayaking in Cardamom Wilderness! Koh Kong's pioneering community-based ecotourism has gone a long way for Cambodia tours' fans, and trekking and kayaking in the wilderness are definitely the highlights to Cambodia tour makers. Have lunch in a nearby restaurant. In the afternoon, we will back to your hotel. Relax from the exciting day.
