UME Travel was highly recommended to us for Southeast Asia trips and so we contacted them asking what we might do. Phoebe, one of their agents, was assigned to us and has been extremely helpful and accomodating in suggesting what we could do. She has been prompt and adjusted our tour package as requested repeatedly and we are confident our tour will be superb.
I'm working with Carrie on a trip to Philippines and she is great to work with. She answers my numerous questions very quickly and I'm very happy with what she put together for us. She organized a trip to Thailand for my sister and everything went perfect and I would not hesitate to use UME Travel to plan our travel.
We will HIGHLY recommend UME Travel. Ms. Carrie did an amazing job taking care of every detail of the trip so we could simply sit back and enjoy ourselves. she was accessible when we had an issue and immediately intervened with the hotel to ensure the issue was resolved. Thank you Carrie.
So far so good! Our agent Phoebe has been very responsive in planning our tour program and pricing is reasonable. We will get back to you when the tour has competed.
I had worked with Carrie for my Philippines tour in December. She has been very responsive and quick to reply inspire of the time difference. Thanks to Carrie I am comfortable with our plans and looking forward to our next trip.
Phoebe was amazing. I told her what I wanted and she put together an amazing tour. She was prompt and had great suggestions. Thanks Phoebe.
Diana was very professional in my dealings with her and was so helpful with suggestions to make the Philippines trip a success.
The guide for this tour was very knowledgeable and had a clear understanding of all attractions. She gave us ample time at each place and even acted as photographer for the couples and myself when we wanted pictures. The sites were brilliant.
If you read this Ms Amy - we loved you! Everything went smoothly and at a good pace, we especially loved the crocodile farm/animal sanctuary and learning about what had happened in Palawan to the American prisoners of war in the grounds of where it had taken place. We got some great photographs (especially the panoramas Ms Amy took of us, thank you again!) and would recommend to anyone using UME Travel. Thank you!
